DS 160 - corrections

All,

I going to mumbai consulate for an interview next week, I have submitted DS 160 a month back; I have small correction which I need to make ;
Can anyone please advise how to make changes?
1) Do I need to go to OFC and tell then new DS 160 corrected form?
2) Is it advisable to make changes when they are not very important?

Can anyone please guide? any input is appreciated.
