Hi
My employer attorney is currently working for work visa renewal. They looked at the renewal petition and said there are chances of the petition getting denied because my salary is lower than what is supposed to be. I have graduate degree (Master from University in US) with 6 years of experience. The salary that is being offered to me is less than what is required to file work visa renewal petition so it will get rejected. Because of this concern, my attorney is not even filing the renewal so my visa will expire at the end of this work visa term (June 2018). Is there table or data in USCIS where it says this individual would need to earn so much salary?
I have been in the same role for 6 years. Fortunately, All my previous visa applications/renewals with previous salary for me got approved without any problems. I don't know after 6 years suddenly my salary is being questioned. Please input or help.
