H1 Transfer

Hi,

Please help me on the below scenario.

I am working for Company A for last 5yrs. In between, Company B has filed H1 which was approved and visa got stamped. However I didn't travel as I am still working for Company A. Now Company A wants to transfer my H1 and file for transfer with Out of Cap exemption. In any case, If the Company A's H1 transfer application is denied or RFE'ed which may or may not get approved, can I still travel with Company B's I797 approval and visa which are valid till Dec, 2019.

Kindly provide me your view.
