I need your suggestion in my case - what i need to do?
Iam on H1b Visa valid till Year 2020 and gets placed to different vendors through my employer.
Due to current H1B Visa Restriction scenario, it is not allowing to move out of State where iam in for work right now as
nowadays there are RFEs coming for everybody if anybody going for amendment. Also, Iam without project with no financial help from my employer in this bench period.
Everybody asking for GC's and USC which iam not in both cases. What to do, iam not getting job here in my State.
Want to know, if i go back to India, will i be able to come back again in future if some company gets me sponsored again?
Worst Case Scenario: If i go back to India and my current employer cancels it, will i be able to come back again in future with different employer?
What are the Pros and Cons?
