I worked in company A thru L1 back in 2008 and company B applied H1B in 2008 and got approved, I continued to work with Company A till Jan 2009 and joined company B in Feb 2009 and i was not paid till may 2009 but I got into a project and was paid till sep 2009.
Later I changed My H1 B to company C and got H1 B approved, since then no issues in my employment.
MY I140 has been approved and I am currently with company D for more than 5 years and have all the required documents.
I am traveling to India for visa stamping for H1B (1st Time stamping H1B), Below is my query ...
1.) Will I be considered out of status from 2008 oct to may 2009
2.) Whether I will be questioned on this or any problems may arise in visa interview or Port of Entry
3.) Would they consider this situation or would not be considered since this is not recent and more than 5 years old.
If any problem arises what could be my legal route.
