Hi,
My Daughter I539 (Application to Extend Non Immigrant Status) is valid till JUne 01 2018.
When we were coming to US from India, she got I94 Validity till Apr 29 2018 since her Passport Validity is till Apr 29 2018.
But when we landed into US, I have renewed her Passport.
Since her I94 on old passport is valid till Apr 29 2018, she will be out of status after Apr 29 or she is legal to stay
till June 01 2018 (I539 Validity)?.
My Employer extends my H1 and My Family H4 in May 2018.
