Experience Letter issue

Hi,

I am on H1B and soon my employer will apply for my greencard. my total years of IT experience is with different 4 companies, but i don't have experience letter from my 2nd company.
I have tried a lot to get letter from them but they are not giving me, and that company was startup type, so i don't have any manager but just senior person. I was directly reported to CEO of the company. So can anyone help me out for this that how can i manage to show this experience.

You can usually get an Affidavit/Notarized letter instead of an experience letter from another Supervisor/Colleague who also worked with you during the same time. Check with your immigration team if they have any template/format for the letter.

But there isn't any rule that without experience letter you can't apply for Green card? every time I can find alternative solution or proofs to show that experience.
