Hello,
I am a fulltime employee with a bank in US. I will soon be travelling to India for a vacation and I will need to go for visa stamping.
In case I got stuck during stamping process with any further processing like 221g or any other possible stuffs. could I work from India and get paid from there until I get my visa stamping? (my employer said they are okay with, I work from india if it happens like that).
Is there anything I need to be aware about any rules from USCIS regarding this ? would that be considered as "out of status" with regards to my visa ?
would it affect any further visa extension ?
provide me your thoughts related to this which I need to get to know and get prepared.
Thank you.
