Hi Friends,
I have changed company recently and H1B transfer was approved with I 94 with the new employer and i am working on their payrolls currently.
When i changed company H1B with my previous employer was in extension,and it was not revoked.Now its got approved without i94.(not eligible for the requested extension of stay ).
In this case should i need to consider the previous employer H1B status to go out of country for stamping or shall i continue here as i already have the approved H1B with I94 with current employer.
Please help me with your valuable suggestions.
