I am currently with employer A but not on a project now employer B has filed my H1B transfer under premium processing and I agreed to start working for employer B upon receiving the receipt number, key point here is I don't want to inform employer A about this transfer until I get the approval, this is to be at safer side as they may revoke my petition immediately.
1. Though it is risky I feel it will help in worst case scenario, what do you suggest about not informing employer A about the transfer?
2. If somehow this transfer gets denied than can I go back to the employer B (petition not revoked as I won't inform)?
3. If I go back to employer A and take pay from the days worked at employer B will it be a problem in the future?
