Hello Everyone
I have a question about the possible of renewing H1B visa. I was holding H1-B visa (October 2014- September2017) and I am having full set of petition document along with I-797B form with me. My h1b visa expired on September 2017. Could you please help me answer all my questions I couldnt find the right answer in the online
Please help me answer all my questions
(1) Since my H1-B expired in September 2017 can I apply for extension?
(2) I came back to Thailand in July 2017 and its been more than 7 months outside of US because my mom she is sick I cannot give a date when i can go back to work (that?s why i didn?t renew) but now she is getting better so I desired to go back to work. So, will I need to apply for a fresh one?
(3) My employer is filing H1B petition. Is it too late renew my H1b? Since i read in the online that you should renew H1b before it expired 6 months. But my visa expired more than 7 months now
