Hi Team,
My employer has filed a second location change amendment for H1B when my first location change amendment is in received state. Project with the current client has ended in 6 weeks and also there is no valid SOW and client letter from the the current client. I have a valid I-94 until April 2019.
My question is
1. Will my first amendment be moved to RFE due to missing SOW and client letter?
2. Will they reject my second amendment as first one is in progress?
3. If my first location amendment is denied do I need to travel back as my employer does not have any project now in the base location for which my H1B was filed originally ?
