Hi,
My US employer had filed an amendment in December 2017 and after 4 months (April 2018), USCICS has requested for RFE. My project was completed in March 2018 where I had worked at client (A) location.
I am now working for another client (B) for which Amendment has been filed recently.
Q1) Will withdrawing Amendment that was filed in December have any problem (since it was RFE and I am no more working for client A)?
Q2) I have travel plans coming up next month to India. Would the pending decision of USCICS (Client B) have any problem in me travelling or at US consulate?
My visa is stamped till 2019.
