Received two RFEs at a time and both are H1B Amendements only. For every client change, I have filed H1B Amedement. Now I am working 2nd Client and filed Amendement for the same but two RFEs of current client and previous client (completed project) at a same time. There is no Employer change for both Amendements. My Visa is valid for Aug 2019 wit the same employer.
My queries are:
1) Do I need to respond to first RFE? (firstRFE is for old client)
2) When 2nd Amendement is filed (with the new client) and got Receipt number and how the old Amendement is valid?
3) Can the first RFE can be voided? / Cancelled/ with drawn? (project is already completed ? )
4) If both Amendements RFE's are got approvals then it is happy path. If 2nd Amendement i.e. Latest Amendement the same client I am working now. If earlier Amendement runs in any Issue then latest RFE get approved then what is my situation ?
Alternatively. If 1st Amendement i.e. oldest Amendement the old Client (Completed project) If latest Amendement runs in any Issue then oldest RFE gets approved then what is my situation?
