On H1B, lost job, I-140 approved

I am on H1B visa. I recently lost my job. And recently my I-140 was also approved.

1. How long do I have to transfer my visa to another employer?
2. What happens if I can't transfer my visa in that period?
3. Can anyone point me to a company which can do interim H1 transfer?
4. Can I get details on recruiting agencies, with short term/long term jobs which can transfer H1?
5. How long is I-140 valid, since I am not employed now?
6. If I can't transfer my visa, will I-140 be valid?
