i am i had H1 visa from Jul-2012 to Sep-2014 and stayed in the US from Jul-2012 to Aug-2013.
My Visa expired on Sep2014. Now i am planing to apply cap exempt since i am eligible.
Please guide what is the timeline to apply my visa? It should be before Jul-2018 or by Jul-2018 i should have cap exempt approved visa?
