Hello,
I have a H1B visa with employer "A" and presently working with them and my project would end in this month.
I have got a job opportunity with employer "B" and has filled for my h1b transfer and received a RFE... for few personal reasons i am hesitating to join employer B
Meanwhile i cracked another interview with employer "C" and would like to join employer "C".
Is it advisable to proceed further with employer "B" RFE submission in parallel to employer "C" H1B transfer?
Can i join employer "B" for a month and move to employer "C" once transfer to C is completed without letting them know about B is still valid?
