H1B application with employer name change

Hi,

I have been working at the same company for last 5 years but the company has been through a merger. Company's name changed post merger. My last I797 had the previous company name and the new I797 I got recently (because of H1B renewal) has the new name. The company headquarters address hasn't changed, my work address, work profile, team, manager - nothing has changed. Should I mention in my DS160 that I have worked at two companies or just one? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation?
