H1B application with employer name change

Hi,

I have been working for the same company for last 5 years but it went through a merger in between. The company name changed post merger, even though the headquarters, my job profile, my superviser etc all remained the same. My first I797 document had the company's previous name as petitioner but my H1B just got renewed and the new I797 has the new name. Now I am going to India to get H1B stamped based on new I797. Should I write in my DS160 that I have worked at two companies or just one? Has anyone dealt with this situation?
