Hello,
I am preparing I-539 for H4 for my kids who are J-2 holders. In the instruction, it says that we can include spouse and children in our application (multiple applicants). But in order to do that we have to use Supplement A to add information about them. But when I read instruction for Supplement A, it says that "Use Supplement A if you are physically in the United States and are applying to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for V nonimmigrant status. Supplement A is part of Form I-539. Follow these instructions and the instructions in Form I-539, and complete Form I-539 and Supplement A. If you are not applying for V nonimmigrant status, you do not need to use this Supplement." I am so confused if I can use one form I539 for all dependents or I have to fill one form for each. Is that Okey if we provide more documents than needed?
