H1B Transfer - change of client

I have recently moved to H1B status two months back. My company is looking forward to move me to a different client / location. An H1B amendment shall be required but considering this might be my first time for an amendment I would like to understand

-what would a denial mean?
-My current project / client would continue to exist as well so could I not move if its denied and continue?
-Does a denial also impose a travel out of country restriction like advisable to stay and work in the USA?
