H1B Amendment - RFE (During Transfer of State)

Dear Experts,

I've 140 approved & a 3 yr H1 extension approved based on that 140 from State A. (I'm already over 6yrs here). Now My company filed an amendment for previous H1 for State transfer (State B). USCIS issued an RFE. Company attorneys are actively working on the case.

Worst case, once RFE is posted, if the case gets declined. Will my old approved H1 Extn with State A still be valid and I can work from state A ? Correct ?

Yes. If amendment is denied you can still go back to old location as petition is still active and valid.
