H1B Transfer Premium Receipt Notice Not recieved more than 60 days
Hi All
I have applied H1B transfer premium process from new employer. New emploer filed and submitted document to USCIS in March 2018 but till know I didn't received any receipt Notice. Visa is not yet stamped becuase old employer could not able to provide proper documentation and I have not yet travlled to US. More than 60 days are over but not received any notice from USCIS for premium porcess also. Can you
please any one let me know what are all the possible outcomes in this situation??
