H1 Amendment
Hello All,
I have been with a employer now for 5 years. My current petition is till Sept 2019. I changed client and hence H1 amendment has been filed in April 2018 and in process. My wife is travelling to India after 4 years. She is going for Visa stamping. Her H4 petition is valid till Sept 2019. Now, due to this new H1 amendment which is in process, would she have any issues in H4 interview?
