Company A has applied for a H-1B and I am awaiting approval (FY2007 Master's quota, Regular Processing, Receipt Date: 4/7/06, VSC). Meanwhile, I obtained another full-time offer from Company B. Can I do an H-1B transfer from Company A to B before the start date of my H-1B (10/1/06) assuming my H-1B is approved by then "OR" do I need to work for atleast a month with Company A before I do a transfer to Company B due to the paystub requirement. Would appreciate if someone can clarify this question for me. Thanks!
