    H1 Apporved, change employer before OCT 1st.

    Hi

    My H1-B application got picked this year in the lottery and received the receipt and the notice.

    Can I change the employer now on OPT and then file a H1-B transfer during OCT, could you guys please tell me whether is it possible to do or not.
