Working in other fields with H1B visa

Hello,

I have been working in Activision for a video game (Call of duty) as a software engineer and my I-140 is done, and right now I'm on my 4th H1B visa. My question is that is it legal for me to work in fashion/modeling while being sponsored by Activision. Its an entertainment company but my job profile is software related.

What else can be done so I can work in modeling ? I've been getting offers and I am not sure about legal issues.

You can only work for your H-1B sponsor

Incidentally, an acquaintance got her start in modelling at Raven. Perhaps you should find out if there are an modelling opportunities for you within your own organization
