I am looking for your advise based on below situation.
I was with Employer A and my H1 was valid till Dec 31, 2017. Employer B applied for transfer on Dec 28, 2017, based on petition which was valid till Dec 31, 2017 . Once the employer B initiated the transfer, I got my H1 petition approved from Employer A till April 2019 and moved out of Employer A on Jan 25 2018.
Now the transfer from A -> B has just received RFE.
Is it possible to proceed with transfer to Employer C, based on Receipt notice from Employer B while it is in RFE?
(or)
Transfer to Employer C is possible based on petition from Employer A which is valid till 2019? I am not sure if Employer A revoked H1, as the USCIS website shows that petition is in Approved status. I don't see revoked status till now.
