H4 Visa to F1 visa

Hi my fiance is working in USA am also going there by H4 visa. So am planning to do MS after going there. Is it possible to convert from H4 to F1 without coming to india.

One can already study on H4. Yes, it's possible to apply for Change of Status to F1 in the US.
