Hello Friends,
I just moved from New Jersey state to Mississippi state for a new project (with same employer). My employer has filed a LCA amendment with USCIS for work location change and the decision is pending. I have stamped VISA in my passport valid till 07/2020 and my I-94 is valid till 07/2020. I plan to visit India next month for some personal work for 3 weeks. My question is "Can i travel to India and come back after 3 weeks without any VISA hassle?"
Please suggest.
