Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked in DS-160?

Hi,

When I first time went for F-Visa interview initially it was rejected, second time I got it approved.

Could you please let me know whether I need to answer Yes/No for "Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked" questions in DS-160?

You need to state the fact that .....visa application submitted on.... at... was not approved.
