I am on H1-B EB2 visa. I have I-140 and EAD card through company A, the EAD card has been issued for more than 2 years now and waiting for dates to be current.
I recently accepted a job offer and I am due to move to Company B towards end of July. After I accepted the job offer my dates became current and I got an RFE letter asking to submit I-485J, medicals etc. The RFE is due August 14th, now with my impending job change towards end of July I am at a dilemma whether to send RFE documents through my current employer and then change job and change job and send the RFE documents from my new employer. Please help!
