RFE and new location before approval
hi,
I'm currently on OPT and my H1B petition was picked up in the lottery this year. LCA was at location A and because the engagement at that location ended, I was moved to location B. There is a RFE issued against my petition and the attorney is asking me to submit documents of client letter, project itinerary etc.
1. Should i be submitting my rfe documents w.r.t location B as I currently work here and inform the attorney about this and get a new LCA filed for this location?
2. Should i still submit the documents w.r.t location A as my initial documentation was filed at that location and once approved, get the amendment done for the new location?
