Hello Everyone,
I just needed to know the rules, I would be leaving for my home country this month. I have completed 6 years on my H1B VISA. 5 years 9 months to be honest, if i subtract my previous vacations. I wanted to see a different country and culture this time, but my manager is adamant about not letting me go!! He is saying as soon as I go back they are going to refile my H1B to come back after 1 year. I am just wondering, is it like I can only refile the H1 after one year or I just have to stay out of the country for one year. But the filing can happen anytime.
