Travelling on H1-B transfer pending COS

Hi,

Can I travel to India when my H1-B transfer is in pending COS? My current H4 is invalid. Will H1-B denied if I travel?

You can travel. H1 will not be denied. But you will have to wait until it is approved.

Additionally, if you don't have a valid H1 visa stamp, you will have to get it first stamped in India before coming to the US.
