My case is-
In 2017 April Company A has filed my H1B petition and it got selected in lottery. H1 b petition is valid for me from oct 2017 to sep 2018. In april 2018 company B filled H1 B transfer petition in premium processing, may2018 we got a rfe asking for client and manager letter. Company B failed to provide client letter as client denied. Company B suggested to withdrawal petition as they are not responding to rfe it will get denied so they filed my petition withdrawal request in july 2018.
My queries are-
1. Can another employer C file petition for me. If yes what would be an impact of previous withdrawal on it?
