EAD application for my H4 dependent

Hi Everyone,

My spouse who is on H4 she got her visa last year and was in USA for 3 months and had to return to home country for some personal reasons.
Now she is planning to come back and we are planning to submit her EAD now.
can any one tell me if we can submit the EAD immediately when she lands on USA?
we would like to apply for her SSN as well.

Please suggest.

Assuming she qualifies for an H4 EAD (i.e. you have an approved I-140 or something), yes, she can apply right after landing. The I-765 application for EAD has a section to also apply for an SSN.
