Traveling before H1B approval
Hi
I am having a question regarding to travel after I received Receipt Notice of my H1B application. I am currently on f1-opt status. My opt has expired last month on July 4. I am urgent to travel out of the country for couple weeks. I would like to return when I have approved H1B petition notice, and I can get my H1B visa stamped in my home country at that time. I got approved for 1 months and half left from my company. So it is possible to travel and still get the H1B final approval like this?
