How to answer "Has anyone filed immigrant petition on your behalf.." in DS160

I am not sure how to answer this question. My PERM is approved, but my I140 is not filed yet. Could someone please guide me with the answer for "Has anyone filed immigrant petition on your behalf with United States citizenship and immigration services?" While filling DS160.
