H4 Visa stamping sent back saying marriage certificate is not in standard format
I got recently married and my wife went for H4 stamping at Kolkata Consulate. She was sent back saying the marriage certificate is not of standard format.
Is there any format specified for marriage certificate. Our marriage certificate is in English and is issued by Dy Commissioner of Municipality.
My friends have got the marriage certificate from the same authority and format have got the H4 stamped.
1) Does she need to provide any additional supporting document
2) When earliest can she go for stamping
3) Is there any legal help available in Odisha to get the H4 filed
4) Will she has to go for Biometrics again or just the interview.
Please help , its urgent.
