First time India trip after 10 yrs

All,

Came to US in 2008 and never once visited back India. I have been in legal status all along the stay and have a valid I140. Current visa valid till Sept2019.

I now have to visit India due to personal reasons and was wondering what my chances are of a successful stamping in India (Absolutely none I thik so ). Still wanted to see of anyone is in the same situation and has stamping approved or rejected.

Also let me know what other options are there for me
1. for successful stamping
2. in case of rejection other approaches to visa
