I attended the visa interview on early second week of august in chennai consulate for my h1b stamping, the VO asked some basic questions and retained my passport, client letter and given the blue slip(221g) form, ticking the "Your application is refused for administrative processing". Today i received my passport without the stamping, the same 221g form with the same option ticked without the client letter and No additional documents was requested, when i checked the status in CEAC website, its still showing "AP". Anybody faced this issue? FYI - I came to india for a month and working in US for more than 5 years and i have got 2 stamping earlier.
