Options when H1 visa get denied.
Hi,
I was working with A company on H1B which is valid till 31 March 2020. My I 94 is valid for the same period.
I file a transfer for other company in premium and joined that company on receipt number. Now I got RFE. My current company structure is like I have joined company X Through Y vendor for Z client.
I am employee of X company.
My question is that if my visa got denied. What are the options I have?
Except I can get back to my previous employer A.
