Current processing times

Hi All,
Could anybody please throw some idea on how long will it take for H1 petition to be approved after the receipt notice date. This question is about normal processing.

Hi

Once after your recieved 1 797C Notice of action...It takes 6 to 8 weeks for I 797 Petition approval ....Some cases it might extend also...
