HI Friends,
My wife came to USA in H4 visa and applied H1B in this year 2018-19. But we did not get any feedback from USCIS till today(8-23-2018) and we had checked with employer. As per employer, his company is under USCIS audit and due to this reason the employer did not get any feedback from USCIS till now. I have requested the receipt number or any related document for the proof of the H1B application. But as per employer they did not get any receipt number or any other document such as I-129 etc due to audit. And most of all, it not only for me,for a group of 45 members and we have to wait until USCIS come back.
Is any possibility on this? How long we have to wait? is any chance to get the receipt number as a proof of the application?Should we wait for entire 45 members verification to know about my status? Can't i know about a single applicant?
