Is there anyway I can ask for H1b extension or valid dates amendment because the USCIS took more than 6 months to approve my H1b COS? I was supposed to start working in February, but the USCIS issued RFE and finally approved my COS after a grueling six months period. When I finally got the notice, it states that the valid dates are 02/2018 - 02/2021, even though I couldn't start until August...
