convertion of L1 B to H1 B/dependent VISA

Hi....

I have a valid L1 B Balnaket VISA. Now I want to convert this VISA to H1 B or dependent VISA. Can I know what is the procedure for the same.

Hi Sudha,

To transfer your L1 to H1 u need to have NOC from current employer..
