    Can we apply H4 afer H1 is rejected and 240 day period is completed

    Hi, I have recieved an RFE on my H1 extension and I have surpassed 240 day period post 1-94 expiry. If my H1 Extension gets rejected , can I apply for H4 based on spouse's H1 B or do I have to leave the country?
