Hello,
I have submitted DS160 first time for my wife H4 visa and scheduled interview dates with US consulate with my current I797 petition number. But my employer is going to initiate an amendment for a new client and will be receiving a new I797 document.
I will be travelling to India after getting the new I797 and have to do stamping.
As I already provided old petition number while filing DS160 for my wife, do I need to raise a new DS160 for her too with the new receipt number, then pay the fess again and schedule a new appointment?
Please if anyone knows and have gone through the same scenario your help will he highly appreciated.
