H1B Consular Processing - Need Help

Approved H1 b ( 05/19/2016 to 06/20/2018)
H1Extension applied (06/07/2018) when i was working at client location A. ( Petition pending)
Changed to client location B and applied amendment as Consular processing for H1B on 07/23/2018 ( Petition pending ).

Please let me know what are the pros,cons and solutions for the above situation , appreciate any help.
